Intensive Two: The Growth Bottleneck
June 5th - London
The day you stop keeping your options open and start building real momentum.
At this stage, ambition isn’t the issue. Structure is. This day clarifies the decisions you’ve been postponing and exposes where growth is outpacing the architecture beneath it.
Together, we explore:

→ The structural shifts required for the next phase of scale

Intensive Three: Building the Execution Engine
October 2 - Edinburgh
A day focused on turning strategy into consistent, repeatable execution.
Good vision fails at execution, not because the strategy is wrong, but because the founder becomes the bottleneck. This day builds the structures, rhythms, and beliefs that make progress inevitable without requiring you to be constantly on.
 Together, we explore:
- Translating strategy into clear quarterly priorities
- Delegation as a core scaling capability
- Decision ownership and what truly belongs with the CEO
- The operating rhythms that sustain momentum

Intensive Four: Good vs Investable & Scalable
November 20 - London
The day everything aligns.
The most powerful opportunities don't come from chasing. They come from coherence in how you lead, how you show up, and how clearly you signal what you are building. This day completes the arc. It is about becoming the version of you that your next level naturally gravitates toward.
