What is it

The SuperScalers CEO Intensives are a private, invitation-only series of in-person sessions for women founders navigating real scale.

The work centres on questions such as:

  • How you hold authority
  • How you set direction
  • How you make higher-stakes decisions
  • How growth actually happens from here

The series runs across the year, with each session designed to stand alone while forming a deeper arc for those who choose to return.

This is not about adding more strategy. It’s about operating differently as a CEO, with greater clarity, conviction, and alignment.

Who is it for

Female founders leading established, revenue-generating businesses and navigating real scale.

Most founders in the room are:

  • At or beyond ÂŁ1M in revenue

  • Carrying real strategic responsibility

  • At a genuine scaling inflection point

  • Seeking true peers, not early-stage energy

Designed for founders already in motion who want to scale with greater clarity and authority.

Why Attend

Time away from the business is rare and valuable when used well.

Each Intensive creates space to step back and think clearly, alongside peers navigating a similar stage of growth.

Founders often leave with:

  • A clearer view of the next stage of growth
  • Greater clarity on how to scale without unnecessary complexity
  • More confidence in the decisions that matter most
  • A sharper sense of where to step forward and where to step back
  • A renewed sense of authority in how they lead

In a small number of focused days, the format often brings together the kind of clarity that might otherwise take months, sometimes years to reach.

The Four CEO Intensives

Each Intensive stands alone. Together they form a deliberate year-long arc of CEO and scale calibration. You may apply for one day or the full series.

Intensive One: Growth, Scale & Superscale

April 30th - London

A day that reframes how you think about ambition and trajectory.

You’ve built real momentum. The next shift is understanding the difference between growth and true scale, and what it actually demands of you as a founder.

Together, we explore:

  • Growth vs scale vs superscale and why the distinction matters
  • The doubling principle: ÂŁ1m to ÂŁ10m to ÂŁ50m+
  • What scales in a business and what quietly breaks it
  • Where internal ceilings limit external outcomes
  • How to hold a bigger vision without defaulting to safe

You’ll leave with a clearer long-term horizon and a more grounded view of what the next stage really requires.

Intensive Two: The Growth Bottleneck

June 5th - London

The day you stop keeping your options open and start building real momentum.

At this stage, the risk isn't lack of ambition. It's ambition without architecture. This day forces the strategic choices that most founders keep deferring — and names exactly what breaks first when growth outpaces structure.

Together, we explore:

→ Why capable businesses stall between £1m and £10m
→ The structural shifts required for the next phase of scale
→ Where focus creates momentum and dilution creates drag
→ The areas founders tend to overbuild and underinvest
→ The internal and external factors shaping the next three to five years

You will leave with a committed strategic direction. Not options. Not contingencies. A choice.

Intensive Three: Building the Execution Engine

October 2 - Edinburgh

A day focused on turning strategy into consistent, repeatable execution.

Good vision fails at execution, not because the strategy is wrong, but because the founder becomes the bottleneck. This day builds the structures, rhythms, and beliefs that make progress inevitable without requiring you to be constantly on.

Together, we explore:

  • Translating strategy into clear quarterly priorities
  • Delegation as a core scaling capability
  • Decision ownership and what truly belongs with the CEO
  • The operating rhythms that sustain momentum
  • Leading through uncertainty without reverting to control

You will leave with an execution architecture that doesn't depend on on you holding everything together.

Intensive Four: Good vs Investable & Scalable

November 20 - London

The day everything aligns.

The most powerful opportunities don't come from chasing. They come from coherence in how you lead, how you show up, and how clearly you signal what you are building. This day completes the arc. It is about becoming the version of you that your next level naturally gravitates toward.

→ Why investors, partners, and senior hires choose on coherence, not credentials
→
The Resonance Framework: Cohesion → Resonance → Opportunity → Prosperity
→
Visibility without self-abandonment — the difference between presence and performance
→
Where misalignment is quietly draining energy and creating resistance
→
Your 2026 Identity Declaration and Strategic Alignment Plan

You will leave unmistakable. Not louder. Not more polished. Genuinely, strategically coherent.

Intensive Four: Good vs Investable & Scalable

November 20 - London

The most significant opportunities rarely come from pushing harder. They come from clarity and alignment in how a business is built, led, and understood. This final session looks at how founders position themselves and their companies for the next level of scale.

Together, we explore:

→ What separates a strong business from an investable, scalable one
→ How investors, partners, and senior hires assess signal and coherence
→ The difference between visibility and positioning
→ Where misalignment quietly creates drag
→ Aligning leadership, narrative, and direction for the next phase

You will leave with a stronger sense of alignment and how to carry that into the next stage of scale.
