Inner Circle is a 10-month programme designed for ambitious female founders who want high-quality peer support, focused accountability and personalised coaching as they scale.
Delivered in partnership with Thrive Partners, the programme combines carefully matched virtual peer-to-peer sessions with virtual one-to-one executive coaching to help founders navigate the realities of scaling with greater clarity and confidence.

What's include?
5 virtual peer-matched sessions
You'll be placed in a small peer group of founders at a similar stage, based on business size and revenue band (£1m–£3m, £3m–£10m, £10m–£50m or £50m+). Each session will be facilitated by an experienced executive coach from Thrive Partners, creating a confidential space to share challenges, learn from peers and gain fresh perspectives.
5 virtual one-to-one executive coaching sessions
You'll work with the same executive coach throughout the programme, creating continuity, deeper understanding of your business and personalised support to help you navigate your specific leadership, growth and scaling challenges.
A structured 10-month journey
Over 10 months, you'll alternate between peer group sessions and one-to-one coaching. One month you'll meet with your peer group, the next you'll have an individual coaching session, creating consistent support, accountability and momentum throughout the programme.
