SuperScalers named an official nominator for Scale UK Connect

SuperScalers is an official nominator for Scale UK Connect, a new free, government-backed pilot programme helping 200 ambitious, high-growth UK businesses to scale, connect and grow.
We’ll be making nominations from across our community, and actively supporting ambitious female founders in our network with their nominations.
Why we’re involved
Our mission is to change who gets to build big. The 2026 Super Scaler Female Index found 333 UK female-founded businesses that have passed £50m in turnover, up 129% in a year. Programmes like Scale UK Connect open doors to investors, corporates and international markets, and we want to make sure more female founders are getting through them.
About the programme
Scale UK Connect is led by growth agency London & Partners, in partnership with organisations in Manchester, the West Midlands, Yorkshire, the South West and Scotland. Over 12 months, participating businesses receive:
- Dedicated account management to identify growth priorities
- Access to new markets through trade missions, market insights and introductions
- Connections with investors, major funds and leading corporates
- Guidance on funding options and preparing for investment
- Expert-led workshops on leadership, finance, international expansion and the commercial challenges of scaling
- A national network of scale-up founders facing similar challenges
The first cohort starts in February 2027.
Who can apply
Businesses that are:
- Registered and based in the UK
- Turning over, or have raised investment of, at least £2m
- Employing at least 10 people, including founders
- Looking to scale or expand internationally
The programme focuses on eight sectors: advanced manufacturing, clean energy, creative industries, defence, digital and technologies, financial services, life sciences, and professional and business services.
