We are passionate about building businesses of scale because we have all done it. We all built a business to over £50m revenue in different sectors and are SuperScalers ourselves. We want to use what we learnt to help others to SuperScale.
Starting a business is hard. Scaling a business is hard. SuperScaling is the next stage of the growth journey that requires a growth mindset, vision and ambition. Each stage has different challenges. We can learn from those who have already gone through that particular part of the scaling journey.
It all starts with ambition....ambition to reach the next stage of growth.
We want to encourage an ambitious growth mindset and help entrepreneurs break through each stage of the scaling journey, by learning from those that have actually done it. Seeing others go through the challenges and achieve scale gives others confidence to do the same.
We need more founders from underrepresented groups across the board starting, scaling and superscaling their businesses so we can have better representation in key positions of power and influence. Size matters. Scale matters. Having a significant voice matters. That is much easier when you have built something of scale. A much more broad and diverse group of SuperScalers, who have built sizable businesses of importance in their sector, is a way to achieve this. Leadership across the board is better when it is more representative.
Female leaders are underrepresented across the board, especially in building a business over £50m revenue. We aim to change that.
